Our Ten Year Vision
Affordable Housing
Affordable housing will be a core component of our ten-year strategy to address the ongoing housing crisis and revitalize underserved communities. Our goal is to rehabilitate and remodel residential properties and achieve ownership of 50 or more housing units. These units will be designated for successful program participants and individuals who meet established eligibility criteria, providing families with safe, stable, and affordable housing.
Workforce Development and Economic Empowerment
Operation 60623 will deliver comprehensive workforce development services, including job training, résumé preparation, interview readiness, professional attire support, and entrepreneurship education. In addition, we will provide expungement and record-sealing assistance, apartment placement services, and job creation opportunities to promote economic independence and long-term self-sufficiency.
Organizational Growth and Job Creation
As our housing portfolio expands to 50 units, we anticipate the need to hire property management staff, contractors, and janitorial and custodial personnel to support ongoing operations and maintenance. These positions will create training and employment opportunities for program participants, offering pathways to stable income and career advancement while reinforcing our commitment to economic empowerment and sustainable community impact.
